Donations needed

Jeana-Dee Allen is seeking digital point and shoot camera donations for photography classes for at-risk youth, the children of incarcerated parents and returning citizens. The courses will be in the form of Photovoice and Kids with Cameras projects. There is a great deficit of programs that offer productive outlets for artistic expression for children in our community. With the help of volunteers, we will give participants an artistic and therapeutic experience. The skills they learn in the program will empower them; build confidence, self-esteem, hope and solid relationships with each other and their community. If you have a tax-deductible donation or would like more information on the program, please contact Jeana-Dee at (517) 999-2894 or Jeana-Dee@nwlansing.org. Thank you.
