The Peight family from Mount Pleasant were raised Amish and continue the tradition of the simple lifestyle. The Peights are part of the Isabella County Foster Care Program. They are currently fostering three children from the outside world. The Peights recently purchased a home and according to church’s progressive standards, they are allowed five years to eliminate modern conveniences.
