The four Johnson girls are autistic. They base their lives on routine, but can be unsettled at any moment. Their parents, Jim and Kathy, bind everything together with laughter. Their ironic humor includes singing the girls Tom Jones’ “She’s a Lady” — because all the girls lack a social filter.
