Kronk

Emanuel Steward the founder of the Kronk Boxing Club has trained several World and Amateur Champions in the basement of Kronk recreation center in Detroit. Since 1965 kids from all over Detroit have come to Kronk for instruction free of charge. The City was forced to shut the building down in 2007 Emanuel has had to move several times finally settling in Dearborn MI. Kids and professionals have found a way to get to the new location and Kronk is now making a com back.
