Comments:

First — We thought this photo was a strong moment from a delicate situation handled with sensitivity towards the subject in mind. But, the judges thought it was in need of a crop that eliminated the surrounding subjects faces that distract from the moment.

Second — Nice framing from what is typically a boring visual. We commend the photographer for getting access into the building of a crime scene.

Third — Captured a good interactive moment.

HM — Good moment with good layering in a busy situation. Needed some cutline info to fully understand the situation.
